As with most of my designs, the natural clay body works together with the glaze application—grounding the piece and highlighting the material it came from. This mug showcases a White Birch glaze.
Each Sunyata piece carries a small hand-carved maker’s mark at the base—a quiet signature from the hands that made it.

Materials:
Every mug at Sunyata is made from gray stoneware clay with fine black speckling. All glazes used are food-safe and non-toxic—a standard held across the studio.
Additional Notes:
With regular use, mug interiors may develop slight discoloration depending on what they hold. This is a natural characteristic of the material and a quiet reflection of what its' held over time.
