Each piece is made with care and sent out with the same intention—but because everything is handmade, this policy is in place to keep things clear and fair for both of us.​

Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

You received the wrong or incorrect item

Your piece arrived damaged during delivery
If either of these occurs, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement piece, depending on availability. Each situation is handled on an individual basis to ensure a fair outcome.

If Your Piece Arrives Damaged

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

Your name and order number

Clear photos of the damaged piece

Photos of the packaging it arrived in
This helps me understand what happened and make it right. Trust me, I'll be just as sad as you are.

Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved, you may choose between:

A full refund, or
-
A replacement piece (if available or able to be remade)
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Responsibility

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, it is out of my control. While I’m not responsible for delays or lost packages, I will always do my best to help you work through any issues with the carrier.

Sunyata is a one-person studio. Every piece is made, handled, and packed by hand. If something goes wrong, I’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
