Magic Mushrooms
They say you can try every mushroom at least once.
Hand-formed and full of character, these ceramic mushrooms bring a touch of the unexpected to wherever they're planted. Equal parts grounded and playful, each one stands on its own while feeling right at home in a group.
Tuck one onto a shelf, scatter a few in your garden, or let them quietly take over a corner of your space. However they’re placed, they tend to draw a second look—and occasionally multiply.

As with most of my designs, the natural clay body is thoughtfully included in the glaze application, grounding each piece and highlighting the material it came from. Showcased here: Red Apple, Purple Grape, Green Garden & Yellow Sunflower.
Each Sunyata piece carries a small hand-carved maker’s mark at the base—a quiet signature from the hands that made it.
Ceramics is an intimate craft. Each piece is made entirely by hand, carrying time, energy, and attention to detail. While the same care goes into every piece, no two turn out exactly alike—the subtle variations in form and finish are what give each one its character and purpose.

Materials:
Every mushroom at Sunyata is made from one or two stoneware clays of varying tones. All glazes used are food-safe and non-toxic—a standard held across the studio.
