Product Representation

Every piece is made by hand, and no two turn out exactly the same. Variations in size, form, and glaze are part of the process and part of what makes each piece unique.

Photos are meant to represent the work, but slight differences in color and finish may occur due to lighting, firing, and screen settings.

Orders & Payment

​

Orders are processed once payment is received. If an issue comes up—like availability or an error—I reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Made-to-order, personalized and custom pieces may take additional time to complete.

Custom, Personalized & Made to Order

​

If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to reach out via email before or after placing your order.

 

Orders are started after payment has been received. Lead times vary depending on the piece. Please refer to the lead time provided within the "Product Info" section of each individual product for estimated ranges.

For custom and personalized pieces, please double-check your submitted text. What’s provided will be carved as is.

Because of their nature, custom, personalized and made to order items can’t be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. For more on returns and refunds, see below.

I reserve the right to decline any requests at my discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are packaged with care and shipped out as efficiently as possible. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information.

Shipping timelines are estimates and can vary. I’m not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the package has left my hands.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are accepted only if:

• You received the wrong or incorrect item

• Your piece arrived damaged during delivery

 

If either happens, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement piece. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. These situations will be handled on an individual basis to ensure a fair outcome.

Sunyata & I are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from use outside of these provided guidelines.
