Each piece is made with mindfulness and intention from start to finish. That same awareness should be carried forward in how each piece is handled—mindful handling will help your piece withstand the test of time.

Every measure is taken to create a technically sound and durable piece, finished to a high degree. Delicate rims, defined edges, and beveled feet, however, are still susceptible to chipping if handled improperly. Avoid harsh contact with rough or unforgiving surfaces.

All Sunyata pieces are finished using food-safe, non-toxic glazes and are safe for microwave use. Please note that surfaces may become hot when heated. To avoid thermal shock, avoid extreme temperature changes.

All pieces are dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended to ensure longevity. When hand washing, use a non-abrasive sponge or cloth. Surfaces may become slippery when wet—handle with care.

Packaging:

Each piece is packaged with intention and care to ensure it arrives in one piece. Extra energy and effort is spent to use ONLY 100% recycled and/or 100% recyclable materials, avoiding plastics at all costs. Because of this, your piece may come in a second-hand box or cushioned by newspapers.

Local Pickup:

Local Pickup is available and encouraged. To schedule a time and date, please send an email after checkout including: full name, order number, and date of purchase. Any shipping costs charged at checkout will be reimbursed.
